Deep State of ISI and Assassination Network Operations

Several names shall be concealed due to the importance of national interests, but that information will be used at any appropriate forums whenever required.

Sources possess hard copies of these operations, which will be used, when required, says these credible sources within the ISI, who further reported that:-

There are two types of ISI Operational Networks Abroad:

1. EBO's (Embassy Based Ops)
2. NEBO's (Non Embassy Based Ops)

EBO's are carried out through:
a. DA's (Defence Attaches)
b. Cover Officers

These types of officers are either under DGX, DGH or DGK
We will only discuss DGX as it relates to the UK and US and refrain from naming the agents publicly for security reasons.

We will not reveal or discuss other divisions due to national/security interests. If ever required, I may share many more details available to us.

Such operations are authorized 100% by the DGISI, and resources are also allocated by him from the black fund.

Muhammad Gohar Khan was hired to kill Waqas Guraya in exchange for one hundred thousand pound starlings. ISI uses the weaknesses of its agents as other agencies do. Gohar Khan was in debt, and he was convinced to carry out the operation claims the sources.

Major General Shahbaz Tabassum was heading this operation, but the individual was caught. ISI had to pay the legal fees for Gohar Khan, two hundred thousand pounds because Gohar confessed and named the ISI officials and secrets, claims the sources.

Col Liaquat, who had worked in London as a cover officer, had conducted several such operations. He was also OC Islamabad Det during Faez Hamid's tenure and is a billionaire now as per the claims of the sources.

Many such low profile operations were carried out by the ISI, which are classified and will be shared in detail to the authorities, if an independent inquiry is ever set-up, claims the sources.

NEBOs
NEBOs are operated through:
a. Agent Networks
b. Organizational Network

Non Embassy Based operations are completely under DGISI. Money is paid discreetly, and most of the times DGI himself monitors these operations. However, Brigadier level officers also deal and report to DGI. We have details of them as well, but we are not disclosing them due to a conflict with national interests says the sources. However, many names of the officers conducting NEBOs were shared in confidence with me.

DGI uses any Divisional DG, especially for targeting political dissent. The last NEB operation of this kind was conducted to assassinate Arshad Sharif in a case of political dissent through the Kenyan Security Agency, details of which I have already shared.

For the last several years, Brigadier Faheem Raza and his team have been carrying out several projects abroad under direct supervision of the DGI. On many occasions, the Army Chief is kept out of this game.

Several Baloch nationalists have been killed under these operations claims these security sources.

آج میں نے ایک عالمی ریکارڈ توڑا ہے، ظاہر ہے کہ کرکٹ کے میدان میں نہیں بلکہ 20 مقدمات میں عدالت میں پیش ہوکر، جوکہ اپنی نوعیّت کا ایک نیا ریکارڈ ہے۔ اس میں قتل اور دہشتگردی سے لیکر بغاوت تک کے مقدمات شامل ہیں۔

کمال کی بات تو یہ ہے کہ جب میں نیب کی حراست میں تھا تو مزید 9 فوجداری مقدمات مجھ پر تھوپ دیے گئے۔

قانون کی حکمرانی، جس کا میں (ہمیشہ سے قائل ہوں اور) احترام کرتا آیا ہوں، کے پیشِ نظر میری ہرممکن کوشش ہے کہ اپنے خلاف قائم 150 (جعلی) مقدمات میں سے کسی ایک کی بھی عدالتی پیشی چھوٹ نہ پائے۔

اس سطح کی انتقامی کارروائیوں سے امپورٹڈ حکومت کی ساکھ ہی پوری طرح خاک میں نہیں مل گئی بلکہ اب یہ ثابت ہوچکا ہے کہ ہمارے خلاف اس سفاکیّت اور فسطائیت کا واحد مُحرِّک یہ ہے کہ مقتدر گروہ انتخابات میں تحریک انصاف کے ہاتھوں شکستِ فاش سے خوفزدہ ہے۔

اپنے مخالفین کو جبر و انتقام کا نشانہ بنانے کیلئے جس ڈھٹائی اور بےشرمی سے قانون پامال کیا جارہا ہے بدقستمی سے وہ خود ہمارے نظامِ عدل کیخلاف ایک بھیانک فردِ جرم ہے۔

آزاد جمہوری معاشروں میں تو شہریوں کے بنیادی حقوق کی یوں پامالی کا تصور تک ممکن نہیں۔
