In #pedipath Burkitt like vacuoles are also seen in:

ALCL
Alveolar rhabdo
Hepatoblastoma
Ewing sarcoma (occasionally)
Lymphoblastic leukemia
Germinoma

Cervical PAP Test remains one of the most CHALLENGING area in routine Cytology practice. This liquid-based prep was called "AGC-EC" (impressive nucleoli, Cyto impression was "likely neoplastic"). Follow-up showed an "Endocervical Polyp".
