The hostility and opposition towards BRT has always been about power politics.
BRT reallocates scarce road space from a minority travelling in private cars to a majority travelling by public transport. For some, the idea that a bus full of workers should move faster than a luxury SUV is simply unacceptable.

2 years back when I shot and shared a reel of same scene, there were just piers ahead of The Narrow Gauge line, now the Viaduct is finished, Noise barriers are up, Tracks have been laid, and OHE Mast Erection can be seen on the HSR line.

u dont need four lane wide roads inside of the city
two lanes are more than enough, rest of the road width should be allocated for footpaths, cycling tracks, roadside vendor spaces, parkings etc
