I looked bigger and leaner after the Ramadan than before and I just went to the gym for maintenance

Every problem related to your health/body is basically fixed by:
1. Proper nutrition where you avoid inflammatory foods
2. Proper sleep
All articles that give you a solution to your problems like bloating, gyno, low T basically tell you this. At most they add some optimization
@BerbarianWizard Especially when you realize he’s a father and acting like this on the internet. I don’t know what he is trying to achieve with these posts but it damages him the most by showing his true nature and unstable mind. His hormones are probably messed up because of his steroid use

@Jason______A It’s about the little things in life where you get a lot of enjoyment out of. Everybody is so focused on optimizing every little detail that they lose their zest for life. And realistically what will he do with that “day” saved? Will probably say some bullshit like an extra call
