वक़्फ़ संशोधन बिल वक़्फ़ संपत्ति हेतु गंभीर रूप से हानिकारक है। इस मामले मे सरकार का हस्ताक्षेप उपयूक्त नहीं है। भारतीय संविधान व्दारा जो धार्मिक स्वतंत्रा दी गयी है इसे कोई भी रद्द नही कर सकता, वक़्फ़ संपत्ति के लिए जो सिद्धांत अपनाया जा रहा है अ स्विकार्णीय है!

وقف ترمیمی بل ہندوستان کے سیکولر اور جمہوری اصولوں کے سراسر خلاف ہے اور آئین ہند کے دفعہ 12 سے 35 میں مضمر بنیادی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی کرتا ہے۔ نیز یہ بل پچیس کروڑ سے زیادہ اقلیتی شہریوں کے جذبات کو ٹھیس پہنچانے کے مترادف ہے۔ لہٰذا ہم اسے بالکلیہ مسترد کرتے ہوئے حکومت سے اسے فوری طور پر واپس لینے کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔
