Ahmed Zakka, his wife, and their innocent baby are still in captivity in Millennium City Kaduna. Now Ahmed says his right hand has gone numb from being tightly tied with a rope, and he fears the bandits may cut it off.

How can anyone sleep peacefully while an entire family is going through this hell? 💔

Allah ya isa Wallahi, Allah ya isa! To everyone defending and supporting this evil government while innocent Nigerians are being kidnapped, tortured, and abandoned to their fate, Allah ya isa tsakaninmu da ku.

May Allah rescue Ahmed, his wife, their baby, and every other innocent person in captivity. May He expose everyone responsible for this suffering and bring justice to the helpless. Ya Allah, save this family before it is too late😭🤲🏽

Ahmed Abubakar is from Zakka, a small, quiet village in Safana LGA, Katsina State. He only just earned his Bachelor's degree in 2024. Before that certificate ever came, he was already hustling to build a life - teaching in his community, trading fairly in used cars and household appliances to put food on the table.

On September 28, 2019, he married the love of his life, Nafisa Musa. Their love story just reached its most beautiful chapter: on March 20th, 2026, God blessed them with a baby girl.

She is only 7 months old.

Right now, as you read this, Nafisa is still nursing that infant. She is still healing. Ahmed is still trying to figure out how to secure a future for a child who hasn't even learned to walk.

And then evil came knocking.

Armed terrorists stormed their home in Kaduna and dragged them away - a young father, a nursing mother, and a naked 7-month-old baby girl clutched to her mother's chest. No mercy. No clothes for the baby. They drove them like animals through thick bushes and unforgiving hills into captivity.

Now they are demanding N300 million. That's $225,394.

Let that sink in.

At Nigeria's current minimum wage of N70,000 a month, an honest Nigerian would have to work for 357 YEARS and 2 months - 4,286 months straight - saving every single kobo, not eating, not paying rent, not paying transport, just to make what these gunmen are demanding in one night.

A young family that has harmed no one, that was only trying to raise their baby in peace, now has an AK-47 pointed at them.

A father who spent his life teaching other people's children.

A mother whose arms have never known anything but love and care for her baby.

And a 7-month-old girl who has not even lived long enough to know what the world is, now facing a world at its cruelest.

How does a family like this raise N300 million in one night? Where are they supposed to find it?

How?

That baby is less than a year old, and she’s already experiencing that level of horror while her parents are scared, begging for their lives…. But well it’s politics, nothing serious I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️

[Local Dadeen @dadeen__]

Kaduna PR guys choose to remain silent with the issue of people being kidnapped, including babies just a few months old.

At what point do we put humanity above political loyalty and personal interests? Are we going to keep pretending everything is fine while innocent people live in fear? People are now forced to leave their homes because they are not safe. Haba!!!

I just watched the video of Ahmed Zakka with his wife and their little daughter. You could see the pain and emptiness in his eyes as he spoke. It was truly heartbreaking to watch.

Ya Allah, duk mai hannu a garkuwa da mutane a ƙasar nan, Allah Ka yi mana maganinsu.

Amin ya Allah. Very upsetting news Wallahi

In a Nigerian restaurant the soup alone will be £20 😂

[Mr Kay🇬🇧 @RealMrKay]

I bought this meal from a Chinese Restaurant, it costs about £13.90.

The menu is Egg Fried Rice, Barbecued Spare Ribs, Stir Fried Beef with Green Pepper & Black Bean Sauce.

You can’t get this in a Nigerian/African restaurant for such amount.

@TfL is a fucking disgrace. This is why I hate public transport.

Arman is the best lightweight in the world, I've been saying this for a while. He's so good man #ufc

[AFeldmanMMA @afeldMMA]

Arman Tsarukyan has been on Dana White’s ‘bad guy list’ for basically the last two years, and we all know how that tends to go.

Over that same stretch, Arman has turned himself into one of the biggest stars in the sport, both inside and outside of the octagon.

And that vicious KO of Mauricio Ruffy just put an exclamation point on it.

Title shot next.

‘That’s it. Dot com.’
