6月1日、国連三角パートナーシップ・プログラム（United Nations Triangular Partnership Programme: #UNTPP）の枠組みで実施される重機操作訓練のために教官としてケニアに派遣される自衛官の代表者が、#松永統幕副長 へ出国報告を行いました。
UNTPPは我が国が旗振り役となり創設された、国連・支援国・要員派遣国の三者が互いに協力を行う枠組みであり、防衛省・自衛隊は得意分野を活かし、今後もUNTPPにおける教育訓練を通じて、国連PKOに派遣される各国の要員の能力強化に貢献してまいります。

UNTPP is a framework for cooperation among the UN, supporting Member States, and Troop and Police Contributors. Japan has acted as a flagbearer upon its establishment. MOD/SDF will continuously contribute in area of strength to enhance the capacities of UN Peacekeeping personnel.

On Jun 1, VCSJJS LTG MATSUNAGA received a report from representatives of a team of SDF instructors who will be dispatched to Kenya for Heavy Engineering Equipment Operators’ Basic Course within the framework of #UNTPP upon their departure.

🇯🇵🇰🇪MAJ Takemori and three other personnel of the Central Readiness Regiment, who will be sent to the Republic of Kenya as a part of an trainers team under the UN Triangular Partnership Programme(UNTPP) , reported to GEN Arai, CS, JGSDF, upon their departure on 1 JUN 2026.
In this training, they will provide training on the Heavy Engineering Equipment Operators’ Basic Course to trainees who are expected to be deployed as peacekeepers.
#JGSDF will continue to contribute to improving the international security environment through participation in UNTPP.

国連三角パートナーシップ・プログラム #UNTPP は現在、韓国において4つの教官養成訓練を実施中🧑‍🏫2021年のソウル平和維持閣僚級会合以降、韓国との協力関係は着実に強化されてきた🤝今年の訓練はその中でも最大級✨長きにわたり調整に携わってきた立場として、大変嬉しく、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいだ🙏

In May/June, #UNTPP delivers four Training of Trainers in engineering, medical & C-IED in Daejeon, Republic of Korea 🇰🇷

With support from 🇦🇺🇨🇦🇯🇵🇰🇷 & @UNMAS, the initiative strengthens @UNPeacekeeping by enabling trainees to enhance capabilities across countries and the region 🕊️

🇺🇳🇯🇵GEN Arai, CS, JGSDF received a courtesy call from Mr. Lacroix, Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations, the UN, on 20 MAY 2026.
During the meeting, GEN. Arai explained on JGSDF’s initiatives toward the improvement of the international security environment, and they exchanged views on the situation surrounding UNPKO.
Mr. Lacroix expressed his appreciation for the JGSDF’s contribution such as the deployment of skillful personnel to UN Headquarters and field mission and support to UNTPP initiatives. He also asked JGSDF continued support for UN’s effort.
#JGSDF will contribute to the improvement of the international security environment.

🇯🇵🇰🇷LTC Fujisawa and three other members, who will be sent to the Republic of Korea as instructors and trainees under the UN Triangular Partnership Programme (UNTPP) Field Medical Assistants Course (FMAC), reported their incoming departure to GEN Arai, CS, JGSDF on 20 MAY 2025.
In this UNTPP, they will train first aid method for the sick and wounded to trainees who will be expected to engage in peacekeeping operations.
#JGSDF will continue its contribution for improving the international security environment through the participation in UNTPP.

🇯🇵🇰🇷国連三角パートナーシップ・プログラム（ＴＰＰ）の国連野外衛生救護コースの教官、被教育者として大韓民国へ派遣される衛生学校の藤澤２佐ほか３名は、５月２０日、荒井陸上幕僚長に対して出国報告を行いました。
今回の国連ＴＰＰでは、国連ＰＫＯ派遣予定の要員を対象として、戦傷病者に対する応急救護法に係る訓練を実施します。
#陸上自衛隊 は、引き続き国連ＴＰＰ等を通じ、国際安全保障環境の改善に寄与して参ります。

巣立ち雛を見つけた時、#動物好きの娘 はキャンプに行っていていなかったのだが、帰宅後すぐに顛末を話した🗣️すると「あぁfledglingね！」とすぐに合点がいったような顔に🤓私が無知なだけなのか、子供用科学雑誌を定期購読してる成果なのか、いずれにせよそんな難しい単語よく知ってるなと感心した👏

庭でピーピー鳴き声がするので見に行くと、ロビンの雛がぴょんぴょん🐥怪我でもしているのかと思い箱に捕まえてみたが違った🌀AI曰く「巣立ち雛（fledgling）」で、まだ飛べず地面で数日過ごしながら練習する段階なのだそうだ💡元の場所に戻すと、しばらくして親鳥が来て餌を運んでいた🕊️
