Class started on 3rd September 2024, and the exam ended on 20 December 2024.

But Abhijit Dipke was in India from September 2024 to February 2025 for the AAP election campaign.

Let us get facts right. First of all CBI probe was ordered by Supreme Court. You were in PMO that time and you remember why SC called CBI a caged parrot. Because, CBI officers were asked to come to PMO to draft affidavits to SC.

Now let us back to this case involved PM Manmohan Singh. This was the biggest in Coal Scam involving Birla Group. That time Manmohan Singh was holding Coal Ministry. Frankly we all know where money actually gone to get Birla this huge project.

CBI only made officials as Accused. But trial Judge Bharat Parashar seeing PM’s signatures in files summoned him in 2015. But Manmohan Singh cleverly went to another Bench of SC and got stayed the Summons Order. He actually has to go to Coal Scam probing Bench of Justice RM Lodha. But CBI kept quiet and the Stay Order continued.

Now CBI filed closure of case against Manmohan Singh as he is no more. This is a normal procedure of filing closure when Accused or Summoned person is dead. 😎
