I moved to HMT bus stop and still experienced the same problem. Finally had to depend on a public bus to reach my office in Kakkanad. This kind of unreliable service is unacceptable, please take action and improve rider accountability. #Uber #Kochi #PoorService

Very bad experience with @Uber Bike today morning in Kochi. Initially at Aluva, a rider accepted my trip but didn’t move for 10 minutes and didn’t pick calls, forcing me to cancel.

I then travelled from Aluva to Kalamassery by metro, and from there again faced the same issue where multiple riders accepted the booking and then cancelled repeatedly. @Uber
