@EE Whilst I enjoy my EE TV/Mobile/Broadband experience I am shocked to learn that the ONLY way to watch/record 4 channels simultaneously is TO HAVE AN AERIAL! I have 500 mbps broadband, a 1tb set top box and can only watch/record 2x channels. PLEASE upgrade the STB software.

My VirginMedia Broadband inadvertently cut off Mon 23rd 10:00am. After 5 days, multiple promises, calls, X DM’s STILL not switched back on. Multiple process failures. No apparent escalation or management ownership. We can’t work from home, no Xmas movies, no house security.. etc.

@VodafoneUK For 10 months now direct debit fails, manual payments mostly fail. Customer Service great but each month I waste 2 hours. Billing profile issue seems. HOW TO FIX??? Can someone with authority create whole new profile? PLEASE someone from U.K. call me who can help.
