Amid a rash of car break-ins on 109 & 110 Sts, Midnight Officers Tait & Oh were scouting the area when they got the call. On scene in seconds they found 3 thieves rifling through the victim’s car. The bandits bolted but Tait & Oh were too quick & corralled the trio. #EastHarlem.
