Pro-Biden / anti-Foxx voters existed elsewhere, sure.
But that Fair Tax map.... wow.

Option two: raise revenue within our current regressive flat tax system and impose a higher flat tax, which falls disproportionately on working and middle-class families.
Option three was the Fair Tax.
