Anoche tuiteé sobre el caos en el área de inmigración del @AICM_mx a cargo del Vicealmirante Carlos Velázquez Tiscareño, y como la administración no había mejorado luego de su militarización.

En respuesta, hoy las autoridades del aeropuerto subieron dos tuits que reproduzco aquí, porque ya los borraron.

Dan cuenta de mis actividades en el aeropuerto, minuto a minuto, lo
cual es muy preocupante por los siguientes motivos:

1) Las cámaras deben usarse para garantizar la seguridad y en caso de algún delito, o irregularidad, contar con evidencia del mismo. No deben usarse para hostigar ciudadanos.
2) Usar las grabaciones del tránsito de una particular por el aeropuerto para hostigarla en redes sociales no es un uso proporcional.

Las autoridades del @AICM_mx están violando los siguientes artículos de la ley de protección de datos personales:

Artículo 16. El responsable deberá observar los principios de licitud, finalidad, lealtad, consentimiento, calidad, *proporcionalidad*, información y responsabilidad en el tratamiento de datos personales.

Artículo 25. El responsable sólo deberá tratar los datos personales que resulten adecuados, relevantes y estrictamente necesarios para la finalidad que justifica su tratamiento

El gobierno está haciendo lo que no debe: usar información personal (movimientos dentro del aeropuerto) para amedrentar a una ciudadana.

Procederé a denunciar y a defenderme legalmente.
