@devahaz@Noahpinion Yes, lived there 1yr after pandemic and felt that things were improving fast there. Salesforce park, proximity to Ferry Building, Oracle Park/Dogpatch, Lyft bikes all around. Probably the one of the best location to live in SF, not surprising that good restaurants followed.

@shawngorham Is it still the case that single family is easiest to finance today? Assuming you meet all criteria? I still find it difficult to purchase commercial unless it’s cash flowing or you can outright buy it.
@shawngorham I met someone also in the SoCal area that only looks for jobs like these and charges the same. Showed me his bank roll, he made $4M in one year just doing these calls. If it’s not high margin he doesn’t care. They’re in the market as emergency plumbers, where people pay…

@daveg If the US wanted to bring manufacturing back why couldn’t they just carve out a location in the states and set that as a manufacturing hub with low wages and regulations. We didn’t need to tank an economy to do so.
