@nergy_re@408LagGy_ they are fine with world/rise on the principle of them being “””legally””” modded on pc. GUN-S modding means you had to hack your switch and dump your file to mod it, aka borderline piracy for them
@z_kokonut i dont understand why people still run with this theory lol. Its a very stereotypical familial spat that ended with “i really AM your child after all, no doubt”. “blood” means Balor’s. and “can still call me father” is more “after all the suffering you still consider me family”
@lillianerian@akuhopkins chronologically, she refused to talk to Solel right after that blaming him for YuPhas’s death (881), but her “reclusion” started like several hundred years later (~1350) due to the cursed painting capturing people, Solel quarantined the place, and Aurora took advantage of that
@GriffonLancer@TamiTheBlub it makes sense in the way that, the 4 lords we got are still growing and changing, while the later lords are all well defined. So we got 4 stories revolved around the youth exploring the world to start with, then 4 stories of the adults who will tie all the loose ends
@z_kokonut Balor’s children all have something akin to the Allure of Death thematically. Yu has the alluring face and had to wear a mask lest everyone be charmed. that passed to Aurora to a degree, then Cai. Explained his rizz lol and how everyone had a favourable view of him on first met
@LucyTheLamia and aside from some very few chapters (ie Cai’s infamous 8) free times are just long enough for you to finish all the relevant quests, paralogue and do like 3-4 adventuring trips max, so it doesnt feel bloated at all
@LucyTheLamia it adds a genuinely fun management element to the game. I love running around Dagsion striking convo for lore, taking quests, plan out the overworld trips to return on the weekend/holiday for optimization. its very Trails in the sense that the NPCs also react to current events
@Restar147@Gmaniacalt thanksfully you can quickly force-close the game during the “path one, cai’s path” jingle. the autosave is placed way after the chapter intro cutscene, so you would return to the before-battle menu without any problem
@RagnarSan22 sorry but Torna was supposed to be ch7 but the scope became too much they had to scrap it, and then reinstated as the dlc to fully flesh out Jin’s past
@vic_zab89@AMK_Mapping_ the rightmost crater is a perfect circle tho aka a direct strike to the concrete. Neptunes are large and can also burn themselves up on impact
@akuhopkins the “couldnt protect” alluded to Yu’s execution tho, and the “whose child was i even” was simply a very East Asian literature way of saying “i am your child and you didnt even care about me, you treated me like an outsider” in context (the very same talk in pic)
@LokaiWanderer in Cai’s ch12 Buccar noted that Leda is going insane from Obsidian, and Theo would have to abandon the final to go back to Saramis, so likely we might see Leda jumping Bertrand during the confusion (which might be the canon event that doomed both without Es’s butterfly effect)
@bit_reactor as a Xenoblade fan im alr used to 60 (now 70 with s2) game + 30 dlc for like 8 years. And tb h Monolith and IS's ways are worth the bucks. You get a 100h+ main game with maybe threads to be tied by another 40h+ DLC, with some extra cosmetic as a bonus, not the main attraction
@mdtironmonger they are the “might as well” gods cus wave 3 dlc info does include more playable units too, likely those central gods of the routes narratively: Kalla-Leda, Credna-Orchel-Cai in extension, Mars-Dietrich-Bertrand. Would be funny if we get Maria for Tali and Lili for Theo tho
Es is fun as a concept when you trace the butterfly effect, ie without Es Cai would be overwhelmed at Balor tomb, Theo couldnt meet Aurora through Cai, and went insane with the arm; which progressed to her bad end in Saramis and the reason her statue was defaced at the start
@fizzlestyxx@VarikGado05 no what the fuck lol. Yu’s sadness is her worshipers being slaughtered and her being powerless as their god. Her final gambit was using her own body as ingredient, in exchange for thousands of lives’ worth of flamma, into the caudron. your reason isnt feasible chronologically
@babachangamire@RWApodcast you take what you can, quickly. this so far is a favourable no-string attached deal: Rus gets the money, US gets the oil (for 6 months), no further “you must ceasefire yadda yadda” nonsense if you push for more
