@LeShuttle_Help @LeShuttle I’m not there yet but I saw on the website there are currently delays of 30 minutes from Calais. I’d like to know why there are delays and whether those delays are likely to get worse as the day goes on. You can respond here for the benefit of others too

@ManCity we’ll be at Wembley on Saturday. I’m always the last in the picking order but my husband managed to get 4 tickets for us and our two sons.

@oasis disappointed not to get tickets today. Well not at £350+ x4. It would have been an awesome 22nd anniversary date on 26.07 with my husband and kids who grew up listening to you whilst wearing their Man City shirts. It is what it is. We’ll keep listening to your songs though

So @Ryanair 20 minutes before taking off from Sevilla to go back to Standsted you decide to change the pilot and now we’re supposed to board at the intended departure time. What’s really going on? Your staff on the ground don’t seem to know much

@springsteen I would love to go and see you when you’re in London next year. However the tickets are prohibitively expensive (especially compared to the ticket costs in the US which seems really unfair). Anything you can do please? I just need 2 tickets 🥰

@LeShuttle your website says trains are living on time but other customers are saying they waited ages to board and ended up on later trains. Is it a fair assessment to say that trains are living on time without the people booked for that train on it?

@NormanHatcliff @LeShuttle Might be fluid but we are not on the 8.51am train despite arriving on time. The train might be leaving on time but without us on it and we don’t know why. Expect to be delayed by the time you arrive

@actionfrauduk it is disappointing that even when we say we have evidence of being victims of a fraud and know of 9 other people who are also victims of the same fraud, the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau feels there is no line of enquiry to pursue. The fraudster can continue!

@RandoxOfficial how do you justify increasing the costs of your PCR tests by £20 in a week (£34.99 last Wednesday, £50 now)? I know there’s more demand now but this pure profiteering is disgusting
