A 37-year-old man has been charge with drink driving and other offences.
The charges come after an officer pulled over a motorcyclist on the A303 on Thursday 9 April at around 1.30am.
He will appear at Yeovil Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 20 May.

We are appealing for witnesses to an assault in which a boy, 15, suffered injuries after he was followed by people known to him in Street.
He was followed from McDonalds to Sainsbury’s by four youths before he was assaulted on Friday 13 June.

Sadly, we can confirm a man has died in a collision on the A361 near Frome.
The road remains shut between the Marston Road and Blatchbridge roundabouts.

The A361 is closed in both directions between the Blatchbridge and Marston Road roundabouts near Frome due to a serious collision.
Emergency services were called shortly before 2.15pm.
The road is expected to be shut for some time. Road users are advised to seek another route.
