@KuCoinUpdates It has been almost a month since I opened this ticket and there is still no resolution. I keep getting scripted answers and response times take close to 4 days. This is ridiculous. I simply want my funds reimbursed that were wrongly taken when my stop loss was ignored. #kucoin

@KuCoinUpdates The only response (when I finally get one) I’m getting on this, is that I don’t understand how mark price works. I have been using KuCoin for 3 years, I fully understand. I have a screen shots of stop loss being ignored that I can share with all of Twitter if I am not reimbursed

@KuCoinUpdates 2841549 is the case number. The only response I got (response time are averaging around 3-4 days), was being told I basically don’t know what mark price is. I have screenshots showing the mark price was ignored and the stop loss didn’t trigger. This is absurd and unethical

@CryptoEater3 @KuCoinModchat I messaged them but do they reimburse or do anything about it? That seems criminal to not act on an order we place and just take the liquidation money. Since mine didn’t trigger, I lost $400 when I got liquidated. Why even have a stop loss
