@mhp_guy Just don’t buy condos in 30A - the new FL condo reserve requirements / mandatory structural inspections / skyrocketing flood & insurance rates are crippling them. It was insane that reserves weren’t being kept but now that ship has sailed and someone (new buyer) will plug hole.
