I am excited to announce that I am continuing my academic and athletic career at Eastern Kentucky University. I would like to thank my family, all my coaches, and teammates. @BeechwoodTigers @PBRKentucky @EKUBaseball@ATYBerger
With Hawk-Eye measured parameters, we can reverse engineer how much a pitch should move and juxtapose it to how much it actually moved.
Comparing the two, we can see on a player pitch type basis who benefits from the Seam-Shifted Wake (SSW) effect:

Hey @DrivelineBB my 11 year old just completed week 6 of offseason HKCY. High output throws clocked at 57 high, 54.9 avg week 1. Week 5 he averaged 57.4. Today, end of week 6, final throw, he hit 63! Let’s go!
First we learn how to swing and throw. Then we learn how to hit and pitch. Eventually, we have to learn how to compete - the ability to manage distractions and consistently focus and commit to the right thing at the right time. One pitch at a time. This is the separator. ⚾️🧠💪
Pitchers of all ages can safely train with #weightedballs, if windows of trainability are assessed & appropriate weights are used. Kids develop at different rates, so programs must be tailored to the individual. @tomhousesports elaborates: https://t.co/KYqAFMZyEq

Multi-planar plyometric movements for pitchers. Rudimentary and advanced examples shown. NOT “pitching specific”. Multi-planar athleticism affords a greater solution space for movement on the mound.
