@nickmmark 2) any evidence on the absorption of oral fludro in the early phase of vasopressor-refractory shock? And 3) a dose of 40mg of HC already provides maximal mineralocorticoid activity. What is the proposed mechanism of adding (oral) fludro?
@nickmmark 1) Mortality difference seems to be already set at day 1. In the group H+F the initiation of H was later as in group H … so isn’t the mortality difference just a reflection of timing of the drug rather than the drug choice itself?
