Horrible experience with @budget! bad rental w/broken out tail lights.told only car they had.rental breaks down in middle of major roadway in bad storm. Call roadside # get busy signal.then call office and they won’t help. Called 911. Billed me for tow, etc #worstever

Called Budget office I rented car from and he said he could not help or pay for tow. Told him roadside # busy and not working. Offered no help so had to call 911 for help. Charged me for car, tow, gas (was I supposed to have tow truck go to gas station?), late fee.

@GMA @GioBenitez Saw your report on news tonight about shortage of pilots and ATC. Why doesn’t someone ask FAA to give waivers to ATC like my hubby who can’t get into FAA because they don’t give age waivers. He has decades of military/civilian ATC exp. Crazy!!
