@maxrushden Max: I am an American that has been living vicariously through your pod to follow European football for a decade plus. Now you are on our shores. How is America treating you? FYI if Barry gets within five hours driving distance from me I will buy him six pints and a chaser.
@ESPN_BillC@Gene_Ross23 Bill, I fucking love you and I don’t care about your list. But go watch the first half of the Oregon game.
Downs almost single-handily shut down Oregon’s passing game. He was effing everywhere.

2019 Day here. Counter first play of drive (77 and 88 pulling). Comes back to same blocking scheme and PA to Smith for easy 6 a few plays later.
@ramzy Comparing the MGoBlog article after the 2019 game to yesterday’s “this is a nothing burger” story should be exhibit one in entry level psychology courses on cognitive dissonance.
@CFBNerds I was at the OSU vs PSU game Saturday. You simply cannot duplicate the tension of OSU’s entire season being on the line in the fourth quarter.
The loss of that tension will make that game far less memorable.
I'm not pissed because I think Yandy Diaz is going to be some perennial all star or anything; I'm pissed that the Indians never even gave him the chance.
It wasn’t about the championships.
It wasn’t about the trophies.
It wasn’t about the records or the awards or the glory.
It was always about the players.
On behalf of the countless student-athletes whose lives you have enhanced, thank you, @OSUCoachMeyer. 🤝

Ohio State expected – and won – a slogging, typical matchup with Michigan State, but the offense didn't do much to quash existing concerns. https://t.co/69J5l3EwqO
Jeff Brohm went conservative at the start of the season, went 0-3 and said “enough of that.” How Purdue became fast, aggressive and able to crush Ohio State. https://t.co/s6Cv0p6fBv
