Renal artery aneurysms in a cadaveric donor kidney. While preparing the kidney, we found 1 saccular thin walled aneurysm and other bigger close to the hilum. Impossible to reconstruct. The kidney was not used for transplantation.@Urologia12 @TrasplanteAEU #urosome
