@barone911 That depends on the connections you have with your team. Abandoning conversations altogether would be hell for extroverts!. Not to mention the imprecision of most writing, and the delay/lack of ability to check - balanced with the need to get quality heads down time.
Why is it assumed that the only time you get a good idea is when you're on your own? "Bouncing ideas around" is a cliche, but it has some truth to it. Promoting deep work is needed but there has to be a #balanceofmethods between synchronous and asynchronous comms #remoteforever
