Although this MAY be true (initially, read below), just a quick story. 👇
Last year I bought a commercial gym membership because @NextLevelSCNY gets packed when I want to lift and I want some accessory work/machines.
Anyways… the amount of BAD FORM/EGO lifting and crazy volume aka dumb workouts, I see going on by HS/College kids and athletes is ridiculous.
A cheap gym membership might save a quick buck but a visit(s) to the PT office because your kid threw out their back out will end up costing more.
I’m so ridiculously biased but ALL kids could benefit from a private coach, at least initially to show them how it’s done.
Just my thoughts.
You keep the Hamstring numbers down in camp by blowing them out in the spring and summer first. Rookie mistake to let it happen when all the coaches and donors are watching.

Week 3 will be a snooze fest because this week is gonna be such a shit show.
Week 4 will be a mad rush because you had to take week 3 so easy after realising you shit the bed in week 1 & 2.
If you have all the foundational pieces in your facility: Racks, Bars, Weights etc
What are three 3 items you’d want to add to elevate the program? Can be tech, speciality equipment, software, etc

1. Multiple Lasers
2. Program Distribution Software
3. Safety Squat Bars
Train with your HS in the summer.
Unless you're a junior and your coaches still can't teach you how to do a proper back squat.
Then maybe seek outside help.
