The hamstring tendons attach to the tibia just below the knee (called pes anserinus) & pain there can be confused for knee pain. If it’s pain at the tendon insertion you could benefit from stretching/massage

@hjluks I find with just about all tendinitis, I can find the culprit muscle knot/trigger point. Massage out/relax the trigger point, and the tendon pain resolves

@zempheth I imagine being a stranded deposit with no road and no power is really limiting the Adina valuation. If the infrastructure issues were ever mitigated then I bet that number goes way up. From a longterm PMET holder who would love to see a hwy 167 extension
