Reflecting on #ASCO25 plenary presentation about #rusfertide in PV, it's wonderful to see the #patientexperience at the center of the discussion, with inclusion of #patientreportedoutcomes as key trial endpoints. Avoiding phlebotomies improves the lived experience of this chronic illness. Avoiding iron deficiency, which is the end result of ongoing therapeutic phlebotomy, improves quality of life as well. So many people living with MPNs suffer with marked symptom burden and impairments in quality of life. This new therapy will improve lives! #mpnsm #pallonc #supponc
Congratulations to this year’s class of Conquer Cancer grant and award recipients! Are you one of them? Tell us in the comments! We can't wait to celebrate with you at #ASCO25. Full list of recipients: https://t.co/aE89Mrvgeu

Thanks to Dr @VonettaMW for illuminating the implicit biases and discrimination experienced by URM and female oncologists. She notes the need for PDs to connect with the experience of trainees and provides solutions led by the rad onc community! #ASCOQLTY23
