It's frustrating when complaints are marked as resolved without any actual action. Those who follow the official process are left waiting for days, while the perception remains that personal contacts or unofficial means can get the same issue resolved within minutes.

@AaaAssociates Apart from everything else after 2 days of interview still waiting for response from your end (which isn't coming). A suggestion for your HR team, if a candidate is told to be informed in 2 3 days, at least inform them with acceptance/rejection email/msg.
