I'd like to request a refund.

I purchased Premium+ on Feb 27, 2024 for the sole purpose of trying out Grok. However, only AFTER payment, I was informed that Grok was not available for my location.

When I was signing up for Premium+, all the webpages showed Grok would be available if I paid for Premium+. That was not true.

I didn't bother to request a refund back then. But today I found out that I've been charged 3 months' fees while I didn't use a single feature of Premium+. That's too much.

I'd like to request the refund of 3 months' fees.
