@drsukenshah@drsukenshah Great to see you and thank you for your generosity with your time and knowledge. Our local surgeons and trainees benefited immensely! We look forward to your next visit!
@elonmusk I understand you had a revision of your initial cervical disc replacement?
Can I ask whether the initial failed one was a mobi C (unconstrained)?
@amanda__goff@DanielAndrewsMP@AussieDiamonds @visitvictoria Not to mention the gag order that we received yesterday as Victorian public hospital employees stating that we cannot make political statements regarding the turmoil that our hospitals are currently in.
I have never seen a a worse state of affairs in Victoria, nor Australia.
@MatternOwen Excellent ready @MatternOwen - add to this the MAJOR conflict of interest that Margaret Faux founded a medical billing company, Synapse Medical Services. This is blatant propaganda to drive her business. It needs to be called out loud and clear.
Finally some transparency-we knew this the whole time. No more blanket elective surgery bans!Hospitals should manage their own capacity until staff are actually taken to public hospitals(if needed).Time to stop the wastage! @DanielAndrewsMP @MartinFoleyMP @MatthewGuyMP@SimoLove
Alfred Health confirms to Pandemic Committee that no private healthcare staff were used through latest Omicron wave.. despite Govt shutting private hospitals down & saying staff would be used in public hospitals. #WaitLists#springst

@DrDavidOehme Systems and teams need practice. Managing those around you who haven’t been in the operating room for 6 weeks has been even more stressful than operating. Let alone concerns about your own skills dropping off. Yet another danger of blanket elective bans. @VicGovDH don’t get it.
@MartinFoleyMP with the understatement of the century: ‘we can always work better’. 🤦🏻♂️ @DanielAndrewsMP and the labor party need to move beyond their tactic of testing and isolating the healthy, and mobilise these resources to treat the unwell and disabled. #livingwithcovid
UNDER THE KNIFE: Lucky patients 1st on the list to receive elective surgery but 10s of thousands still await "essential" procedures. We also speak to a surgeon on the front line, who admitted he was a bit "rusty" returning to the theatre. Our @10NewsFirstMelb coverage #springst
Paying surgeons & anaesthetists not to work in the public. Paying private hospitals not to work keeping them empty. Paying for medihotels with no patients. Could we be burning any more taxpayers money in Victoria for any less hospital output?

Empty, well staffed, private hospitals are being funded by public money as per the private hospital agreement. This is a waste of Victorian tax payer money and is unacceptable. @DanielAndrewsMP @MartinFoleyMP @MatthewGuyMP
Well worth a few minutes of your time to understand the damage being done to people suffering in pain from this elective surgery ban. Well put by @AaronBuckland

@deanpapas@MatthewGuyMP Very well delivered and accurate description of the current government’s lack of attention to detail and inability to take advice from those on the coal face
