72 Pro Independence MSPs elected in 2021 was the biggest mandate for Independence in ScotParl history and also a bigger number than 57 unionist MSPs. #indyref2
@AnnCampbel57325@ScotNational Turning you to Reform, your timeline is like an advert for reform haha
Nice try Ann12345678 but a think your talking complete shite
@PhysInHistory By unifying electricity and magnetism, Maxwell discovered that light is an electromagnetic wave in motion. This single framework unified physics, laid the groundwork for all modern electronics, and revealed that the speed of light is constant forcing Einstein to invent Relativity
Well said Bernard Ponsonby. You've nailed the issue. It flies in the face of democracy for Westminster to deny an S30 order given the current makeup of the Scottish Parliament should that Parliament request one.
⚖️ A comparison of mandates between two governments of the UK:
🟡 SNP constituency vote share, 2026: 38.2%
🔴 Labour constituency vote share, 2024: 33.7%
This afternoon Michelle O’Neill and I spoke with @RhunapIorwerth of Plaid Cymru and @JohnSwinney of the SNP on their historic election results. The demand for independence is growing. We look forward to working together in common cause. 🇮🇪🏴🏴
@BrianLeishmanMP There is no Scottish Labour party, you are just a branch of the main party and will always do exactly as you're told, you have no power, to the detriment of Scotland
If Scotland was never allowed any second referendums we wouldn’t even have a Scottish Parliament today. It was the second devolution referendum which succeeded, not the first. In a democracy people should be allowed to change course, and keep exercising their right to choose. 🏴
They told us we’d never leave the EU.
They told us we’d never have Boris Johnson as PM.
They told us Labour would deliver change.
They will tell us they can stop Nigel Farage holding power.
Britain is broken.
Let’s take control of our own destiny as an independent nation.
Angela Ross on #bbcdn is lying when she says the Scottish government is “overspending”.
The Scottish government is legally required to deliver a balanced budget, and it has consistently done this.
If you look at GERS, you’ll see that the so-called “deficit” is a result of reserved spending.
You can read more about this on my Substack: https://t.co/LzsDtAWkZk
I'm aware of Scotland's fiscal metrics, but that’s not what you argued in your article, which is my contention.
If productivity growing twice as fast as the UK is "rudderless", how would you describe the rest of the UK? If overtaking London to become the UK’s wealthiest city is "squalor", what does that make other British cities?
Or just change the subject again 🤷♂️
Diolch 🏴
Braint annerch cannoedd o bobl ar risiau’r Senedd heddiw. Mae pobl Cymru wedi creu hanes 🏴
It was a privilege to address hundreds of people on the Senedd steps today. This is history made by the people of Wales 🏴
Pleasure to speak this afternoon with the leadership of Plaid Cymru & Sinn Fein - @RhunapIorwerth, @MoNeillSF and @MaryLouMcdonald.
The direction of travel and demand for independence is clear, and Westminster should grasp the significance of this moment.
Independence MSP's

SNP has won 5 Holyrood elections in a row, Labour had their worst ever election & Tories fell to 4th.
Independence MSP's have been the majority since 2011.
If that's not a mandate what is?
