@VirginPlus I have been a customer for 14 years, and your customer service straight up lied to me and will not make it right. I'm out $440 over 2 years because of your dishonest and reprehensible behaviour. Now you have me locked in with no recourse.
I don't know what has happened to your customer service of late, but it used to be amazing. This has been one of my worst and most frustrating and insulting customer service experiences of all time. I hope the extra $440 is worth losing a customer of 14 years and 3 phone lines -
