Sometimes a whole is more than the sum of its parts. Oftentimes, it isn't.
Circulatory fidelity is a lens with a framework that allows you to observe, measure, and classify this phenomenon broadly.

@StewartalsopIII There's a sort of loose connection made between elocution, intellect, and pride in the puritan impulse. The intellect being the source of idol generation, every "extra" expression becomes a vector for purity via abstinence.
And an abundance of judgement for others.
