Business advice:

Always have multiple suppliers, multiple contractors, etc.

It gives you more negotiation leverage, and doesn't halt operations if one suppler messes up in some way.

It sounds obvious when I put it like that, but you'd be surprised how many learn the hard way.

Most of people don't even know what it take to become an architect.
Small town peeps only think that architects only make floor plans.
