لمشجعي كرة القدم ومشاهدي كأس العالم من إخواننا في الدين، نحن نقصف بوحشية ويرتقي الليل عدد من الشـ8ـداء! هل تكترثون؟

When Umm Salamah (رضي الله عنها) was detained by Banu al-Mughirah during her hijrah, she said:
"(a man) saw what was upon me and felt compassion, so he said to them:
"Will you not release this poor woman? You separated her from her husband and child."

Who are those who remember Allah much
Allah says:
وَالذَّاكِرِينَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَالذَّاكِرَاتِ
"The men and women who remember Allah much".
In his book "Fiqh al-ad‘iyah wa al-adhkār", Shaykh Abdur Razzaq al Badr gave the opinions of some scholars on who "The men and women who remember Allah much" are. He said:
"But how does a servant attain this? This is a profound question that every Muslim should pause to consider and understand.
The Salaf gave several explanations regarding the meaning of Allah's statement:
"The men and women who remember Allah much."
Among them are the following:
What was reported from Ibn 'Abbās, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said: what is meant is: they remember Allah following the prayers, morning and evening, and in their resting places, and whenever they wake from sleep, and whenever they leave or return to their home, they remember Allah, exalted is He.
Mujāhid, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "One is not among those who remember Allah much, whether men or women, until he remembers Allah standing, sitting, and lying down."
'Aṭā', may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "Whoever prays the five prayers observing their due rights falls within Allah's statement, exalted is He: "The men and women who remember Allah much" [al-Aḥzāb: 35]."
Among the characteristics of these people is the night prayer.
Abū Dāwūd, Ibn Mājah, al-Ḥākim, and others reported, with an authentic chain graded ṣaḥīḥ by al-Ḥākim, adh-Dhahabī, an-Nawawī, al-'Irāqī, and others, from the ḥadīth of Abū Sa'īd al-Khudrī, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If a man wakes his family at night, and the two of them pray, or he prays two rak'ahs together [with her], they are recorded among"The men and women who remember Allah much"
Abū 'Amr ibn aṣ-Ṣalāḥ, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked, as an-Nawawī, may Allah have mercy on him, related from him in his book al-Adhkār, about the measure by which a servant becomes among those who remember Allah much, whether men or women. He said: "When one maintains the transmitted, established adhkār in the morning and evening, at the various times and states, by night and by day, which are set out in the book 'The Deeds of the Day and Night', he becomes among the men and women who remember Allah much."
Shaykh al-'Allāmah 'Abd ar-Raḥmān ibn Sa'dī, may Allah's have mercy upon him, says: "The minimum of that is that a person maintains the morning and evening awrād, and [the remembrances] following the five prayers, and at times of events and occasions, and it is fitting to sustain this at all times and in all states, for that is an act of worship by which the one who performs it takes precedence while at ease, a caller to the love of Allah and knowledge of Him, an aid to good, and a restraint of the tongue from foul speech."
Its amazing how many of those who claim to follow Islam, believe that we need Haram tourism to survive.
I have talked to many who will say things like "we need more tourists to fix the economy" and such things.
These resorts are Haram and places of wickedness and degeneracy. And the Muslims do not need Haram wealth, even if their distorted logic tells them otherwise.
Allah says:
“And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect...”
Our problem is that many of us dont truly believe in the promise of Allah. Shaytan plays with us and tells us that if we strictly follow Islam, then it will bring destruction.
And the "logic" these people apply to the matter of resorts, is very similar to that whch many apply to democracy. They say "we know its Kufr, but if we dont get involved it will bring destruction to us."
Again, this is applying ones logic over the Texts and lack of belief in the promise of the One who said:
"O you who believe! If ye will aid (the cause of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly."
May Allah rectify our affairs and keep us firm upon His Deen.
The knowledge of the Sahaba
Ubayy ibn Ka’b reported:
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “O Abu Mundhir, do you know which verse in the Book of Allah with you is greatest?” I recited, “Allah! There is no God worthy of worship except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining,” (2:255). The Prophet struck me on the chest, saying, “By Allah, O Abu Mundhir, rejoice in this knowledge!”
