WHY should a couple of CEOs from giant corporations get to decide than the govt agencies? WE want stricter penalties on such corporations and STRICT standards when it comes to food on the street, restaurants, and packed foods. #fssai

@krishashok For example, we cooked kadai paneer in iron kadai. And it turned a little dark. Very little. Then after eating, we kept it in the fridge and next day, the dish got way darker, like all the paneer went very dark.

1. Why food cooked in iron utensil turn dark/black long after even if it is removed from the utensil immediately after cooking? And is that a good thing?

2. When we boil, Rajma, Cholle, should we use the boiled water or discard it?
