I strongly condemn the attack on Iran's consulate in Damascus by Israel. This act signifies a dangerous escalation, blatantly disregards international norms, and poses a significant risk of escalating conflict. Israeli aggression, including the tragic six-month siege of Gaza resulting in nearly 33,000 casualties, demonstrates a severe disregard for both sovereignty and human life. This aggression is enabled by the unwavering support the Zionist state receives from the US, UK, and other Western governments.

Such actions, like the attack on the Iranian Consulate, not only violate Syria's sovereignty and the Vienna Convention but also threaten regional stability. It is imperative for the UN Security Council and the broader international community to take decisive action against this reckless behavior, uphold international law, and prevent further destabilization in the region.

🇵🇰 #Elections2024: The #UnitedKingdom has acknowledged serious concerns about the fairness and lack of inclusivity of the elections held in #Pakistan on February 8.

“We regret that not all parties were formally permitted to contest the elections and that legal processes were used to prevent some political leaders from participation, and to prevent the use of recognisable party symbols,” British Foreign Secretary @David_Cameron said in a statement on Friday.

“We also note the restrictions imposed on internet access on polling day, significant delays to the reporting of results and claims of irregularities in the counting process,” he said in a statement posted on the British government’s official site.

“The UK urges authorities in Pakistan to uphold fundamental human rights, including free access to information, and the rule of law. This includes the right to a fair trial, through adherence to due process and an independent and transparent judicial system, free from interference,” the top British diplomat further stated.

He added that the election of a civilian government with the mandate to deliver crucial reforms is essential for Pakistan to flourish. “The new government must be accountable to the people it serves, and work to represent the interests of all Pakistan’s citizens and communities with equity and justice,” he added. “We look forward to working with Pakistan’s next government to achieve this, and across the range of our shared interests.”

عدت میں طلاق کا مسئلہ

خاور مانیکا کو طلاق کے 5/6 سال بعد کیسے یاد آیا کہ اس کی سابقہ بیوی نے عدت کے دوران نکاح کیا تھا؟
خاور مانیکا نے طلاق کے ایک سال بعد اور آج سے 5 سال قبل کہا تھا کہ میری سابقہ بیوی بشری بی بی دنیا کی پاکباز ترین بی بی ھے !!!
کیا تب مانیکا صاحب جھوٹ بول رھے تھے؟
یا اب الزام تراشی اور جھوٹ کا سہارا
لے رھے ھیں ؟

انہی دو نکات پر ہی یہ کیس شرعا اور قانونا عدالت سے
ڈس مس ھوجانا چاھئیے تھا

فقہ حنفی اور فقہ جعفری دونوں کے ھاں مُسَلَّمْ فتوی اور اتفاق رائے ھے کہ عدت کے معاملے میں عورت کی بات قبول کی جائےگی
( تین بار ایام حیض دیکھنے کا دورانیہ کم اور زیادہ ھوسکتا ھے)
شوھر کی جانب سے طلاق رجعی کی صورت میں شوھر رجوع کا حق رکھتا ھے، جبکہ بشری بی بی کی طلاق انہی کے مطالبے پر ھوئی اور یہ طلاق رجعی نھیں خلع ھے، اب شوھر کے پاس رجوع کا اختیار ہی نھیں ھے،
جبکہ عدالت نے اس شرعی حکم میں بھی ڈنڈی ماری ھے اور بشری بی بی کو عمران خان کی زوجیت سے نکالنے کا احمقانہ اور خلاف شریعت آرڈر دیا ھے
یہ فیصلہ
صرف سیاست ،مکاری ، اور طاقت کا بے جا ظالمانہ استعمال اور اخلاقیات، شریعت اور قانون کا جنازہ ھے

اس کے نتیجے میں عدالتوں میں موجود لاکھوں طلاق اور خلع کے کیسز متاثر ھونگے اس فیصلے سے…جی ھاں …..
اس عدالتی فیصلے سے پاکستان میں اخلاقی دینی معاشرتی اقدار کا مکمل طور جنازہ نکل گیا ھے
