🚨 Treating Alcohol Withdrawal? Phenobarbital is the new game-changer IF dosed right! 💡 Start with a 10-15 mg/kg loading dose, then use targeted boluses until symptoms are controlled. Remember: the goal is symptom relief, NOT sedation. Keep it safe, keep it effective! 💪
