@Evri_HereToHelp can’t get hold of anyone on chat been waiting for a parcel for 3 weeks that’s been ‘out for delivery’ 5 times and not made it to me. Got the same notification yesterday again but no parcel and tracking just says ‘out for delivery’

@AvantiWestCoast I planned ahead booking my trains 2 weeks ago to have them cancelled this morning and my return which was originally £100 for 3 people now on sale for £600, so no return train home. Can’t believe you can get away with it!
