Enterprise AI is less about the tech and more about people and process.
What I post:
- how work really flows
- where AI helps, and where it doesn't
- staying valuable in an AI-shaped career
No hype, no jargon.

π οΈ After-hours builder, putting AI to work on things I actually need.
Built so far:
β’ My website
β’ A nutrition tracker
β’ A LinkedIn analytics app
β’ An email agent
β’ Bots helping with my social media
I use them, fix what breaks, and share the lessons. More experiments on the way.
Building something with AI too? Letβs connect. π

Banning AI at work mostly stops people telling you they use it.
A one page traffic light policy works better: green is safe, yellow means strip sensitive data first, red is never.
It gives people a way to ask before they guess.

@chriszhang012 I think we should be hiring people who can tell when the AI is wrong. You can't do that without knowing the work, so a no-AI round makes sense, but banning it in the actual job won't.
@fatma_zaidi1 Hi. I work in tech operations and using AI to build personal apps & website after-hours. Looking forward to connect with like minded people. We can connect here and on linkedin:

@emollick Not only that in general AI writing has evolved alot i feel and does not generate the βplatitude full long sentences which say nothingβ kind of AI slop anymore that much.
@SheetalJaitly I do agree that keeping humans for oversight long term is not a workable solution as then human actually become bottleneck to high productivity but we still need to have some governance framework.
@AJRummer@Deloitte I think most of these stall because nobody mapped how the work really runs before automating it. Deep transformation needs the real process first, then a governance system people trust.
