Testes and not ovaries.
Normal levels of testosterone production.
Normal cellular response to testosterone (receptors etc).

I don’t know why people insist on finding this hard to understand. It’s actually very simple. Sport is segregated by biological sex. A person whose body is organized around the production of small gametes is male. Nothing to do with “gender”.
