First 12 Hour Stadium Run Experience.

It was 2017 in Talkatora stadium and the run started at 6 AM Sharp. The Finisher T Shirt was meant for those who finished the run successfully in those 12 hours.

In Ultra Marathons you walk , run, rest , eat and again walk and Run.

The race was beautifully organised by another Marathon legend and Iron Man @AbhiRunning Abhishek Mishra.

After the regular Marathon time of 4-5 hours the back started paining due to stiffness so had to do some stretches in between the run to keep the body moving . The organizers were pro active enough to ask if there is an issue .

Finally the race ended at 6 PM and I covered 170 laps in 12 hours.
It was my first stadium run experience which went better than expected .

So sometimes your race experience completely depends upon the organizers preparedness . If it is bad your experience might remain bad . If it is good even if you don't race as per expectations but you will be happy with a well organised event to come back again in same.

This is how the sewage water is being released out of *Shivalaya Apartment*, sector 56 on a daily basis. RWA says that the drainage pipeline outside society is blocked and is not cleaned even after multiple complaints.
this will spread Dengu, cholera, typhoid etc.
