@dhwaninanavati It’s just immunity loss due to lack of bad air exposure and then sudden exposure. Drink some immunity booster drink everyday like Haldi milk or halwa, allergens will slowly go down and you’ll be fine. Also keep a balance of exposing your self to bad air time to time
most ppl simply do not realize is that imitation is actually a *tax* on the imitator. & if you're smart, you want your competitors to spend time copying you.
they inherit your legible decisions without the illegible context that produced them.
so in essence they're optimizing for your last move while you're already elsewhere. this is why ideally you want to be inside their decision cycle, not outside of it. this is counterintuitive & contrarian but extremely important to understand any competitive dynamics.
Instagram straight up copied Stories from Snapchat and it became the most used feature on the platform
Google was the 18th search engine. Zoom launched into a market Skype had owned for a decade. Shopify didn't invent ecommerce.
I grew a hearing aid brand 8x in a market that had existed for literally 100 years. Bought media properties that were already profitable. Never invented a single thing.
Originality is overrated. The money is in executing better on something people already want.
Steal this idea:
WTF is E-Lafda!
BKFC India, X influencers going bare knuckles for world heavyweight engagement distribution championship.
@congratstothe being the promoter of the event.
Frido & Mlada sponsoring as brand integration.
SoshTV boys as commentators
@shyamalanadkat Tanay @TanayLohia1 from Mandrake Bio is worth inviting! So are the founders of Fuzzy Dynamics (not BLR based but they can fly in) and Kairosity (based in BLR)
While the whole India is asleep, Open AI sends Indians this E-mail
Classic Strategy, First lure Indians with cheap ChatGPT GO plans then 6-8 months later tell them F you in the middle of the night while they all asleep
Objective intent viewing is done, Ads incoming!
To create valuable consumer brands, 2 cost line items matter the most
- R&D spends ( creates Long term product superiority)
- Marketing spends ( creates Long term brand superiority )
Any good company should outspend competition on both
But again spending is easy. The proof of the pudding is in the result
If the spends in R&D and marketing are effective, then it will result in the brand having significantly higher gross margins than competition
And the delta in GM should be higher than the delta in marketing plus R&D in the long run
Companies which fulfil this criteria end up with a structural advantage which competition will find extremely difficult to breach
@vivekraju93 Hey this is only relevant if the company is choosing to go vertical as part of their GTM, there are lot of companies especially early stage who have to go horizontal in order to bag early revenue to check idea credibility and viability
If you’re a founder struggling to market your app, you need to read this.
My app crossed $10k/mo in 90 days after launching, and here is exactly what I did to achieve this feat.
it literally doesn’t get any simpler:
1. Create 3 Instagram UGC accounts
2. Copy your competitors viral UGC content
3. Post 2x everyday on each account
if you can’t even do this, then you’re not built for entrepreneurship.
and I’m being so fr, it doesn’t get any simpler, this is your wake up call.
