FOUND: Part of an orange dragon left by a young boy by mistake on the #TfL#MetLine#Metropolitan today. He got off at Wembley Park with his mum and grandmother whilst they were still looking for it. If they DM me, I will post it home to them. #Lost#LostToy
In light of Sandie Peggie’s recent employment tribunal Judgment, this is a particularly timely Judgment on the use of AI and the duties owed by those using it
@MForstater Was it quoted from an inaccurate excerpt in closing submissions, I wonder? Otherwise, it’s hard to explain other than to accept AI may have been deployed in a novel way!
I’m baffled why 363 MPs (including mine @SarahGreenLD) voted against NC21 to the Data Bill. Perhaps they wish to undermine the FWS judgment but the reality will just be more expensive litigation at public expense and loss of public trust in government. Get legal competent advice!
@soniasodha@nhsfife@michaelpforan Have none of the decision makers at @nhsfife been briefed on the law? We know they don’t know basic workplace safety law, but also nothing about natural justice, employment rights, or victimisation? If only taxpayers weren’t funding this!
@worstall@DanNeidle@jonjonbaldwin Some of the CICs appear to operate that way, including some that operate outside Farringdon station. I’m similarly surprised at the lack of interest that appears to be shown in enforcing street trading laws against those CICs that passersby think are charities.
@OliverConway Appalling. Section 20 is about partnership. Desperate parents will be disincentivised from seeking or agreeing to help+ more cases will go to compulsory orders. Why not revisit the for-profit and unregistered placements? Or costly residential units w excessively long assessments?
@SeanJonesKC Don’t send it to landfill - you could gift it to someone willing to put up with the misspelling. Try the Olio or Trash Nothing apps - quick and easy to post the ad.
