Essentially it means that we see you working, and we see the work you’re doing. It’s become incredibly important coming out of the WFH environment, and is foundational to build org. trust.
I'm no Joel Embiid fan, but what's happening to him over an out-of-context sound byte right now is representative of the click-bait sports culture we have, as well as the 'gotcha' aspect of today's journalism generally. No wonder responses are filtered, can't say anything right.
@Baghurst 5, 6, 7, and 11 are your own expectations in question form. Who is going to answer in opposition to those, whether being truthful or not? Find questions that let the interviewee show you what they value organically vs. telling them what you value and have them agree with you.
