I want people to understand the enormity of what has been done to us.
From day one the deep state has litigated its way into stopping the Trump administration at every turn, to date, there are over 900 lawsuits and counting.
Activist organizations, blue state AGs, and uniparty allies flooding the courts on borders, deportations, EOs, military policy, you name it.
This is straight color revolution tactics, American style: when Democrats lose at the ballot box, they weaponize institutions, courts, NGOs, activist judges, and use their billionaire funders to manufacture chaos, tie the elected President’s hands with endless injunctions, and grind the people’s mandate to a halt.
They Flood the system with lawsuits, get friendly judges to block policy after policy, bleed out momentum while the media cheers the “resistance.”
This is a classic playbook for undermining the people and the government from within without firing a shot.
INDIANA ILLEGALS STRIKE AGAIN
It’s none other than @RepJimBaird and @RepMessmer aiding and abetting the Illegals to grant legal status to undocumented legal status to undocumented agricultural laborers.
Oh yes, both men are co-sponsoring HB 9535, filed on June 30, 2026.
This would include a free ride to the meat processing workers at the Tyson Plant in Logansport, which made headlines recently as a huge draw for Haitian immigrant workers with temporary protected status.
Recall, when Messmer was an Indiana house representative, he sponsored legislation to permit “driving cards” to illegals. His lobbying sponsor, @AIPAC continues to provide significant financial support in excess of $4 million in campaign contributions to align with his Israel 🇮🇱 supporters.
Indiana voters continue to be duped by fake America First RINOS that align themselves with illegals over Hoosiers.
HR9535
H.R. 9535, officially titled the Securing Agriculture's Workforce Act of 2026, is a bipartisan bill introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives on June 30, 2026, by Rep. Glenn Thompson (R-PA-15), Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee.
https://t.co/umj6vIpcDx
It primarily aims to modernize and streamline the H-2A temporary agricultural worker visa program (nonimmigrant visas for foreign workers in agriculture when U.S. workers are unavailable).
The bill addresses labor shortages in farming, dairy, livestock, and other year-round agricultural operations.
Key Provisions
The bill makes several changes to the H-2A program under the Immigration and Nationality Act: Expands eligibility beyond seasonal work: Removes the strict “seasonal” requirement and allows “temporary” work (contracts generally under 350 days). This helps year-round operations like dairy farms.
Streamlines the process: Faster labor certifications (within 30 days if requirements are met), certifications valid for up to 3 years, an online single-point platform for applications, joint employer filings, worker transfers between employers, and staggered entry/exit dates.
Employer and worker protections/flexibility: Updated housing standards and longer-valid inspections, heat illness prevention plans, force majeure provisions for disasters, and clearer rules on wages (including Adverse Effect Wage Rate based on surveys to protect U.S. workers).
Agency roles: Shifts some administration (e.g., petitions) more toward the Department of Homeland Security for efficiency.
Other: Requires a GAO review on housing and enforcement; effective one year after enactment (with possible interim rules).
Supporters (including major agricultural groups like the American Farm Bureau Federation, dairy coalitions, and Western Growers) argue it provides farmers with a reliable legal workforce, reduces bureaucracy and costs, prevents harvest disruptions, and strengthens U.S. food security without broadly changing immigration policy.

The “Amnesty” Controversy Critics, particularly conservative voices and some immigration enforcement advocates, have labeled parts of the bill an “amnesty” measure. This refers to a specific, narrow provision in Section 2 (amending INA Section 218(h)(7)):It creates a limited waiver of certain grounds of inadmissibility and deportability (related to unlawful entry, presence, document issues, etc.) for aliens seeking H-2A status.
Eligible individuals must meet one of these: Have voluntarily departed the U.S., or
Were unlawfully present in the U.S. on May 31, 2026, and performed agricultural labor or services for at least 5.75 hours on each of at least 180 days during the 2-year period ending on the date of enactment.
The waiver applies only to conduct related to obtaining agricultural employment (not broader crimes or pursuit of public benefits). It allows these workers to apply for and receive H-2A temporary status if otherwise eligible, with employer record protections during the transition.
https://t.co/l4ZwiQyXz2
Important limitations:
This is not a path to citizenship, permanent residency (green card), or broad legalization.
It is a one-time transition mechanism tied to a specific cutoff date and strict work history requirement (roughly significant part-time or full-time equivalent farm work over two years).
It does not apply to all unauthorized immigrants—only those meeting the narrow agricultural work threshold.
Employers providing qualifying records gain liability protections for prior unauthorized employment in this context.
Critics argue it rewards illegal presence and work, undermines enforcement, and could pressure wages or displace American workers. Some have called for primaries against cosponsors.

Supporters describe it as a practical, targeted fix to retain experienced workers during the shift to a modernized legal H-2A system, avoiding sudden farm labor shortages or mass disruptions.Current Status (as of July 2026)Introduced June 30, 2026.
Referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary.
Approximately 51 cosponsors (mostly Republicans, with a small number of Democrats).
Early stage with a low estimated chance of enactment (around 3% per tracking sites).
No further major actions reported.
The bill is not a standalone comprehensive amnesty or immigration reform package. Its core focus is targeted H-2A modernization with one narrow transition provision for long-term farm workers.

UH-OH 🚨
Laura Loomer has obtained arrest records for Jose Angel Marinelarena he's the father of Sen Ruben Gallego (AZ)
The reason this is important, is bc the media's ignoring it
Marinelarena is linked to the Juarez Cartels who trafficked drugs into Chicago from Chihuahua
Love to see the FBI get some wiretaps on Gallego to see if he's involved in any way with him
Gallego who has yet to be charged with Mortgage fraud as reported by Kari Lake, can be some serious legal jeopardy if the FBI and DOJ look into this
No one's above the law, including Democrats
@Milajoy Next will come Amnesty for health care workers then amnesty for the construction industry then amnesty for the sanitation industry. Do you get my drift?
Once pandora’s lid is removed America becomes a third world country.
Starbucks is discriminating by race. Their goal was to eliminate White People in their workforce and replace them with minorities
They even implemented racial quotas to eliminate White workers
“Starbucks has a training program for employees limited to, quote, Black, Indigenous and peoples of color, BIPOC partners”
“Their goal at the time was for BIPOC representation to be at least 30% at all corporate levels and at least 40% at all retail and manufacturing roles by 2025. That sounds like a racial quota”
I’d like to remind everyone this wasn’t a secret. Starbucks was proud of these new goals to eliminate white workers
Starbucks publicly announced these initiatives in October 2020, post-George Floyd as part of advancing “racial and social equity”
By the way, this is 100% illegal
Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, it’s unlawful to discriminate in employment including hiring, training, promotion, compensation based on race.
This applies to all races “reverse discrimination” claims by non-BIPOC employees, meaning white employees, are valid
Historically 97% of political donations from Starbucks employees and affiliates go to the Democrat Party
I've seen enough man.
These people hate America, they want to destroy our country.
This was obviously a terrorist attack and this man should have a speedy trial and then immediately be executed.
The common denominator of black criminality doesn’t have to be a black male!
Houston’s Twisted Priorities:
20-year-old Karon Fisher ran over 64-year-old Steven Anderson twice outside his home as he checked his mail.
She then got out, straddled him, kissed him… and stabbed him 9 times.
Random, unprovoked attack on a kind, retired cancer center manager beloved by his neighbors.
Fisher was charged with murder (initial $2M bond), then assaulted a hospital staffer and bit a jailer — adding more charges.
Investigators are probing her mental health and background. No known connection to the victim.
Yet Houston is flooding the streets protesting “justice” for an illegal alien and demanding to ABOLISH ICE — with zero signs for this American victim.
Where is the outrage for Steven Anderson?
Protect citizens first. Deport criminals.
#JusticeForSteven #Houston #LawAndOrder
250 THOUSAND suspected NON-Citizens are registered to vote in ONLY 4 states!!!
That means 250,000 American Citizen votes are cancelled out and meaningless.
This is a PROBLEM! 🚨
🚨 The Black mother who made her family ditch a $300 restaurant bill in Orlando has been identified as Adeliah Jones from Flint, Michigan — currently vacationing in Florida.

I pulled over a 22yr old man from NC. I requested his license. He replied "I don't need one". "I said "You dont have it with you or you don't have one"? He said "I have a right to drive." I replied "Driving isn't a right its a privilege". He disagreed.
I wrote him a ticket for no license. I then asked him if he had anyone that could come get his vehicle. He replied "No I don't. I got the ticket I can drive my car home". I then told him I would be towing the vehicle.
He then asked me what he was supposed to do. I said to call a taxi, Uber, or walk. He said "Walk? Thats cruel!" I said "You're a visually healthy 22 yr old man you can walk to any of these businesses in the city & sit down & get a game plan together. He said he was going to file a complaint for violating his rights & stealing his car.😏
Where do some of these people get their ideologies from?👮♂️🚔
Are you ok with this?
🚨BREAKING: Stephen Miller announced that the Trump administration and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent are advancing plans to cut illegal aliens off from U.S. banking services, making it far harder for them to remain in the country.
Miller explained that losing access to financial systems will serve as a powerful incentive for self-deportation, saying illegal immigrants are not hidden in the shadows but actively use credit cards, bank accounts, and direct deposit payments.
He noted the Treasury Department has already issued new guidance to banks, with follow-up meetings planned directly with financial institutions to ensure cooperation in removing illegal aliens from the banking system.
If a third of the nation's CDL's (Commercial Drivers Licenses) have been issued to illegal aliens, and we have ~3 million CDL holders, then …
My goodness, this blows my estimate of 300-400K out of the water.,.
