@juliannejtaylor Mostly NZ works from the New South Wales (NSW) ACI Nutritional Standards for Paediatric inpatients in NSW Hospitals, and the DHB led Food and Nutrition Advisory Group. Their target for protein is ~81-90g, but the example diet (NSW) is a long way from what most are given.
