There are at least 3798 confirmed candidates who have registered to write the upcoming SSC Exams.

If at all the candidates could garner the necessary finances to travel to Aizawl, this would have a massive dent in the local economy. A minimum of 3.5 crore rupees is projected to be lost from the circulation of the local economy should all these candidates spend on their exams. This is a heavy price to pay for an economy tormented by conflict, when there is a heavy presence of innumerable destitutes in Churachandpur at the mercy of relief aid.

We request the kind authority to reconsider the cancellation of Churachandpur SSC Exam
centre, and to kindly take the necessary measures to reinstate it so that we are not deprived of the opportunities which our citizenship, past successes and services merited.

In the wake of the shocking and coordinated attacks on Meetei civilians, including the devastating aerial bombings using drones and rocket missiles fired from distances of up to 7-10 kilometers, which claimed the lives of a young mother and a Meetei Pujari Pandit, while injuring 15 civilians and animals and destroying private property in the last 5 days, the groups responsible continue to engage in a calculated campaign of misinformation and deception.

These violent acts are often followed by orchestrated press releases that aim to mislead the media and the public. The groups involved have perfected a strategy of narrative manipulation, using disinformation to twist the facts and deflect blame for their brutal actions. Their professionalism in spreading falsehoods is both alarming and telling of their deceitful intent.

It is difficult to fathom the depth of their deception. For those interested in understanding the full scope of their fabricated stories, direct contact with these groups will undoubtedly reveal the extent of their manipulation, as they eagerly seek to recruit supporters in all forms.

One glaring example of their tactics is the very name of their organization: "Indigenous Tribal Leaders Forum" (ITLF). Contrary to its name, this group does not include a single indigenous person from Manipur. Instead, it is composed entirely of immigrants, a clear attempt to confuse and mislead the public about their true identity and purpose.

We urge the public and the media to remain vigilant and question the narratives put forth by these groups. Their continued reliance on disinformation will not stand the test of truth.

Their Press Releases comes out without any Seal or Signatures. They even do not have the ability to mention a name who is issuing the PR officially.
Can we really consider this press release as authentic and official??
Their address of office too does not exist in Manipur which is “Lamka, Outer Manipur”.
