Want to know what exactly is the TN Govt's plan for infrastructure in Chennai?? The single shed air cargo terminal at Meenambakkam is soaring with air cargo (Average of 25% MoM Growth). It's getting stagnated. Chennai is almost topping all charts for industrial leasing across all major cities. Parandur has been shelved. There aren't enough land banks available at Sipcot Parks. @titoraja @cmrlofficial The entry/Exit points Basement laying works have begun for Semmancherry, Gandhi Nagar, Navalur, Siruseri, Karapakkam, Okkiyampettai stations. You could observe barricades on either side after the service roads

@lonestar1007 Basement laying works have started inside the Alpha City Tech Park for Navalur station. Also for the Siruseri station, the basement works for entry/exit point has started right outside Marina Mall.
The lands have been acquired fully on the OMR. The shops must be vacating soon

The base works of Navalur station is almost done. The Roofing materials, tiles have been stacked below. After Gandhi Nagar and Semmancherry, The progress of Navalur looks much satisfying on the Sholz-Siruseri stretch!
